Great Tea but Poor Delivery Service

I would gladly give a five star review for Level Ground's Chai Tea, however my last order was shipped via Loomis (DHL) and since I live in a rural area I only have a mail box number and Loomis doesn't deliver to postal boxes. I have waited for 2 weeks just to hear from Loomis and then it has been a real mess trying to get the package delivered to my workplace. It would have been so much simpler (and faster) if Level Ground had shipped via Canada Post. I am still waiting to receive my order of Chai Tea and thus only a 3 star rating.

Very good!

I have been buying Level Ground's chai tea for quite a while now and I believe it's the best chai tea available. Would not get it anywhere else.

Lovely for my afternoon chai

Been enjoying this chai for the past few weeks and really like the flavour profile… even when I get distracted for longer than the recommended 4 minute steep time (which is more often than not) 😅
